HOW TO USE

DYE MIX: In a non-metallic container, mix 1 part Fast Action Color Generator with 1 part Fast Action Color.

BLEACHING MIX: In a non-metallic container, mix 2 parts Fast Action Color Generator with 1 part bleach.
